A shock-absorbing forefoot pad and 1mm plate distribute pressure and protect the foot without sacrificing flexibility and responsiveness. A multi-density, sticky rubber outsole provides exceptional wet/dry traction in varying conditions. The Patagonia Fore Runner RS is a lightweight, minimal running shoe with just the right amount of protection and flex on rougher terrain.
